Changing hearts and minds for the glory of Jesus Christ and for advancing His kingdom requires men and women who are willing to stand up for His Truth. While all Christians are to be missionaries to the world (Matthew 28:18-20), God has also called certain followers of Christ to be leaders in that effort. Christian leaders are given the task of defending the Truth, teaching sound doctrine, correcting brothers and sisters who are in error, shepherding the community of faith, and raising up leaders to join them.
Leadership is a gift of God, but like all His gifts, it needs to be developed and nurtured in order to realize its full potential. Those who lead and teach are worthy of double honor (1 Timothy 5:17), but they are also held highly accountable for their actions (Luke 17:2). Our able team of teachers stands ready to assist those called into leadership to develop the gifts God has given them, and to help them take up the challenge of leadership for Christian worldview living in their own churches.
